Mark Jennings

Mark is a Co-Founder and has been Managing Partner of Generation Partners since 1996. Prior to that, he was a partner at Centre Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Lazard Freres & Co from 1987-1996 and worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co from 1986-1987. In addition to serving on Remote Legal’s board, he’s also on the board of directors for several Generation portfolio companies and has previously served on the board of many other private and publicly traded companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Mark is also a founding member of the Musician Treatment Foundation, a charitable organization that provides surgical care to professional musicians.
